If you are going to spend that money on a named leather bag, you should be able to say what you are buying.

Size you can live in. Rachel is 22.5 by 11.25 by 7.25 inches. That is a real bag. Phone, wallet, the things you actually carry to an office and then to a table. She is not a costume mini that makes you leave half your life in the car.

A strap drop that sits on the shoulder. The attached whipstitch strap has a 12.5 inch drop. That is the everyday carry. There is also a removable long strap with a 23 inch drop if you want a longer hang. She is still a shoulder bag. If you need a slim hands-free bag, that is the Lelu.

A place for the phone. Double phone compartment inside, plus a zip pocket, so you are not emptying the whole bag on a restaurant table. Dark cotton canvas lining. Gold zipper with a leather tassel.
