If you've purchased an item at full price directly from www.onnaehrlich.com, you are eligible for an even exchange within 15 days from the time your order is shipped (An authorization code is required to return an item). However, the item must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if it has been used, altered, washed, or damaged. Please note that specially marked products, such as items on sale or limited edition items, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. It's important to refer to the rules and regulations of the promotion you purchased from to understand the policies.
Can free shipping be applied to sale items?
Free shipping will not be applied for items purchased with coupons or discounts. See all fine print and rules and regulations of the promo codes and offers you are using with us. We reserve the right to cancel and or process any transaction(s). No Exchange/refunds/returns on discounted and deal items. Items must ship with a signature required option. No shipping to PO Box. Do I need a return authorization to return a product?
When you're returning a bag to us after receiving an authorization code, we kindly ask that you pack the product carefully in packaging that will not damage the goods. This is because we cannot accept bags that have been damaged or have wrinkled leather. We appreciate your cooperation and want to make sure that your return process goes as smoothly as possible.
Can I ship my order to your address?
Please do not return orders to our address without following our proper process, as we are not responsible for lost items. Items have to arrive in sellable condition in original packaging to avoid damage in transit and any incurred restocking fees.
